Membership Renewal – Practitioner

Thank you for renewing your Practitioner Membership.  You will need to do two things to complete your application:

1. Fill out the application below and click  the submit button.
2. Click the PayPal “Buy Now” button to pay for your renewal.

If you prefer to pay for your renewal by check or International Money order please do the following:

1. Print out the PDF application here and fill it out.
2. Enclose your application and a check made payable to IBTA and mail to:
