Seven Directions offers ethical, community centred training which upholds the principle of living in right relationship with ourselves, each other and the Earth.

We believe that our unique approach, which positions itself directly at the meeting point of science and mysticism, offers an integrative and unique approach to working with the breath, without the practice having to be overly weighted toward the scientific, which can become too theoretical and prescriptive, or biased towards the mystical which can become ungrounded and disembodied.

Our teaching team bring a wide range of experience in functional breathing (Patrick McKeown), developmental trauma (Prema McKeever), A&P (Nisarga Eryk Dobosz), consent and ethics in practice (Robyn Dalzen & Sue Newsome), The Seven Grandfather Teachings (Maya Larose), the right use of touch in breathwork, polyvagal theory and much more. Our mentors come from a wide range of breathwork schools, bringing greater depth of support to your journey.
