Ineke Machdi

Ineke Machdi is a holistic practitioner, her skill is to use the breath in her therapy. By using the approach of eastern psychology and transpersonal psychology, she believed that the healing process comes from the value of self-introspection, inner changes and the subconscious mind processed using the methods that can access deeper ( Breathwork – BBTR ) than usual therapy that we know in the mainstream. She believed that the methods that we know in our traditional in the eastern tradition and or in the ancient time works more powerful and effective for increase self awareness, inner healing to change something from the inside first and it will reflect on the outside or in the behavior. She does believe about the value of God imprint in us before we are born and also about the karmic chain. The methods that she gives in the session is to help the client to release and to gain calmness, acceptance and to give a new meaning after those integration sessions. Her sessions can be applied practically to trauma and stress management. She usually works with the people around ages 20 – 40 years old.
