Gemma Kelly is a trauma-informed breathwork practicioner based in the Forest of Dean and Chepstow area, offering 1:1 sessions, small groups, and restorative breathwork events grounded in nervous system education and somatic awareness. With over 850 hours of professional training across breathwork, somatic practice, Pilates, and women’s wellness, Gemma blends depth, softness, and gentle exploration in every session.
Her approach is nervous-system-first, curiosity-led, and rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space for deep self-work. Gemma integrates conscious connected breathwork, somatic tools, polyvagal-informed practices, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
She works with individuals, couples, and groups, and offers both in-person and online sessions. Her studio space is warm, private, and intentionally created for rest, reconnection, and inner exploration.
Gemma is committed to high ethical standards, consent-based facilitation, and ongoing professional development. Her work supports people in navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, trauma patterns, life transitions, and the desire for deeper connection with self and body.
