Jessica Sharpenstein
Jessica Sharpenstein is an ethically compliant breathworker with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, offering trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed breathwork for individuals and groups across educational, creative, corporate, and nonprofit settings.
She works with educators, academics, creatives (including artists, performers, and writers), entrepreneurs, intuitives, and individuals with lived experience of high-stress or high-intensity environments. Her approach integrates conscious breathwork with somatic awareness, creative inquiry, and guided integration to support emotional processing, self-efficacy, and embodied self-expression.
Jessica completed her 200-hour breathwork facilitator training with the Breath Liberation Society and practices from an informed intuitive, trauma-aware, and consent-based orientation. Her work is also informed by polyvagal theory, habit and pattern awareness, and culturally sustaining, trauma-responsive pedagogy.
An award-winning educator and arts integration specialist, Jessica brings a lifelong background in the performing arts and facilitates breathwork in classrooms, community spaces, and organizational contexts, including work with marginalized youth and mission-driven organizations. Her practice centers agency, reflection, and integration, honoring each participant’s autonomy and pace.
