KT Williams @ RAD. Rise & Doe
Rise & Doe is a modern wellbeing space rooted in nervous system regulation, breath-led movement, and self-responsibility. Here, we work with the body rather than overriding it.
Through yoga, breathwork, and somatic tools, you’re guided to build resilience, emotional capacity, and a steadier relationship with yourself. This isn’t about pushing through or bypassing discomfort. It’s about learning how to meet life with steadiness, clarity, and choice. Whether you’re navigating stress, transition, emotional overwhelm, or simply craving a more grounded way of living, Rise & Doe offers practices that support real, sustainable change.
In 2019, while working in a hair salon, I launched a small mental health awareness campaign in the hair industry called “Cut Out the Stigma”, encouraging open conversations about mental health in the salon chair.
Six years and a pandemic later, that journey has led me into the wellbeing space, where I now also offer holistic breathwork sessions locally in Lowestoft to help people regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and support their mental wellbeing.
My work is shaped by years of personal practice, professional training & lived experience. I used to suffer from extreme anxiety and crippling OCD, i tried to manage these symptoms for very many years by doctor-led and holistic treatments.. then I got into a car accident which means I had to rebuild the strength around my hips & lower back.
Using breathwork & yoga led my life into into recovery & management & maybe it could yours too.
I teach from the belief that the body holds wisdom when we learn how to listen.
My classes are calm, supportive, and rooted in nervous system awareness.
You won’t be pushed or fixed here.
Instead, you’ll be guided to build safety, self-trust, and resilience at your own pace.
Rise & Doe was created as a space where people can meet themselves honestly and learn tools that support real life, not just the mat.
