Breathe with Cosmic Cupboard - Melanie Bisher

Our breath is one of the most powerful tools for transformation that we all carry within us, yet most of us rarely use it intentionally. Breathwork is the practice of harnessing the breath to regulate your nervous system, release stored emotions, and bring your body back into balance. When you learn to consciously shift between your body’s sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and restore) states, you begin to access calm, focus, and clarity on demand.

“With the journey of breathwork you go into your subconscious cupboard, and be open, to just see what you may find. You may just find a relaxed nervous system, trauma release, clearer thought patterns, and less anxiety. Well that is what I found in my subconscious cupboard anyway.” – Melanie B – Owner of Cosmic Cupboard
