A 40-hour immersive training in somatic breathwork, rebirthing breath, bodywork foundations, Belly 2 Belly relational work, practitioner conditioning, and practicum for 1:1 facilitation.

Alchemy Breathwork Facilitator Training is for practitioners, space holders, and emerging facilitators ready to develop the embodied skills required for 1:1 breathwork work.

This training is designed to prepare students not only to guide breath, but to regulate themselves, track the body, work relationally, and hold one-to-one sessions with greater clarity, safety, and skill.
