Jane Anthony

Jane is passionate about facilitating others to (re)discover their own inner guide & healer. Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation. A health crisis gifted her the opportunity to leave everything she knew behind and immerse herself in healing practices that would eventually save her body and spirit. She now offers the modalities that led to her greatest transformation to others. Jane is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner through Venus Rising Association for Transformation where she also serves as a member of their staff & training team. She is also a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator and a Wild Love Advanced Breathwork Practitioner. Jane is also a certified Advanced Trauma Specialist (TRTP), astrologer, Reiki Master and holds advance degrees in Education, Psychology, Shamanic Psychospiritual Studies, and is an Ordained Shamanic Minister. She is accredited through the GPBA and International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Beyond her formal qualifications, Jane’s work is deeply informed by the wisdom and lived experience of her own transformative journey. Her background in psychology, education, counselling, teaching and behaviour analysis all inform her approach today; alchemized in new ways to offer you a uniquely grounded held space where all of you is welcome.
