Course Submission Instructions (Please read before submitting)
This form collects the basics. Please use the Course Outline Link and Course Assets Folder Link to provide everything needed to build your course.
Your course outline should include
- Modules in order, with lessons under each module
- For each lesson: title, type (video, text, download, live), and the link(s) needed
- If using quizzes or assignments: where they occur, passing score (if any), and whether required for completion
- If you want “must complete before moving on,” state that clearly in the outline
- Live sessions: dates, times, platform, and access details
