I’m a trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator and Teacher as well as a certified Yoga Teacher in the Greater Toronto Area. I guide individuals, couples and groups through transformational breathwork experiences using conscious connected breathworks, helping them unlock deep self-awareness, emotional resilience and physiological wellbeing. I also guide groups through wellness and corporate workshops that weave breathwork as it relates to our functional lung health (physiology), women’s health, nervous system regulation and mental health.
Breathwork was a profound turning point in my own life and wholeheartedly believe it is the gateway to the healing of the subconscious mind and deep self-connection. It has allowed me to experience myself in ways I never had before and I’m committed to sharing the power of the breath with others. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, nervous system balance or a deeper connection to yourself breathwork can definitely be the catalyst for transformation. I would be honoured to be your guide!
I am also a Breathwork Teacher through Make Some Breathing Space (accredited school) and offer both 1 one 1 apprenticeship training as well as hybrid online and in person training if you feel called to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator.
