My name is Hannah Kendaru (she/her) and I am the founder and main teacher at Inspire Breathwork. I am an Indonesian-British Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer with 12 years of experience. Inspire Breathwork is a breathwork training school rooted in embodied approaches to healing intergenerational, historical, institutional and personal trauma.
I use specific breathwork techniques, the conscious connected breath and embodiment to bring us back into the deep remembrance of what love, liberation and justice means. I use the breath to remember our connection to the earth, to our lineages and ancestors; for decolonial healing and rewilding our civilised minds, bodies and spirits.
Inspire Breathwork is a breathwork training school focused on Decolonial Healing and Embodied Social Justice.
We offer:
6-week online breathwork therapy programs throughout the year for the general public
2-year Breathwork Facilitator Training and
3-month Professional Development program called ‘Decolonise Your Practice’.
