Breathwork Practitioner, Transformational Presence Coach and Shamanic Sound Healer, Aleka is a catalyst for transforming dark matter into gold. She knows from experience how unresolved trauma and unconscious patterns can result in negative coping mechanisms and a wellbeing crisis. Having recovered from addiction in 2008, Aleka has dedicated the last 15 years to helping others step out of darkness. She helps individuals and groups step into whole-being awareness to lead with potential, purpose and joy. Aleka combines the Transformational Presence coaching tools and frameworks, intention, visualisation, breathwork and sound to help clients surpass limitations, clear blockages and access higher states of awareness, empowering aligned action with ease and grace. She’s an Associate Certified Coach® (ACC) member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Transformational Presence® Coach (CTPC), double-accredited Breathwork Practitioner with Seven Directions® Breathwork & YogaBody® and a certified Shamanic & Gong Practitioner member of the College of Sound Healing and the Shamanic Healers Circle.
