I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC – Colorado), HIKE4evolution educator, Personal Self-Integration Mentor/Coach (IFS-similar strategy), certified Clarity Breathwork practitioner, and certified BrainWise educator. I was raised with knowledge of the body/mind connection and how mindfulness and embodiment cultivate awareness and deepen and expand consciousness. Currently I enjoy working with therapists and other frontline workers to accelerate their self-empowerment using cutting edge strategies.
