Ally Ayala

I am a professional astrologer, reiki practitioner, and life coach. The breath is a core principle that I bring to every client session and classroom teaching. I look for ways to normalize astrology, reiki, and breathwork so that they becomes part of our daily lives, our moment to moment awareness. I use simple, everyday examples of how the energy of the universe shows up in the little things, in the small practical moments that can also feel oh so big and transcendent. I started on my path with Breathwork at the Inspiration Community in 2005. I consider myself a lifelong student of all of the disciplines I love so much- astrology, reiki, breathwork, and coaching- and am deeply committed to my continued growth and training as a practitioner and teacher.
