I’m a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Breathwork Mastery RBM Practitioner, and artist passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their most authentic selves through body-based awareness and conscious breathwork.
My background includes over 16 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, alongside extensive training in Breathwork Mastery RBM through The School of Breathwork under lineage holder Eleanor Mann. This approach emphasizes self-awareness, self-mastery, and gentle, self-directed exploration rather than force or catharsis.
I’m especially drawn to the way breathwork can bridge insight with lived, embodied change – supporting creativity, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deeper connection to self. I also bring a background in Reiki and visual art, which informs the grounded, intuitive, and agenda-free way I guide sessions.
