Amy Smith
Amy is a certified breathwork facilitator, transformation coach, and founder of EvolvEdge Services. She creates intentional spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, cultivate greater awareness, and explore meaningful change through breath and embodied practices.
Amy has been a coach in various capacities throughout her life, beginning with coaching NCAA collegiate athletics and continuing through a career built over more than two decades in the technology field. During that time, she became a professional coach and trainer, helping organizations improve flow, balance, and effectiveness using systems thinking and the Kanban Method. Her work has focused on helping teams develop greater awareness of how work moves through systems, identify patterns, and make small, meaningful changes that lead to more sustainable outcomes.
Today, Amy brings many of those same principles into her breathwork practice. She views breath as a powerful pathway to self-awareness and personal insight, helping individuals reconnect with their inner signals and navigate life with greater resilience and balance.
Amy integrates conscious connected breathwork with grounding and reflection practices that support nervous system awareness and personal integration. Her facilitation style emphasizes safety, consent, and meeting each participant where they are, allowing people to explore their experience at a pace that feels supportive for their system.
Participants often share that Amy’s sessions create a calm and supportive environment where they can reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and explore new possibilities. Through private sessions and small group experiences, she supports individuals in cultivating resilience, expanding self-awareness, and navigating life’s transitions with greater presence.
Committed to lifelong learning, Amy continues to deepen her training in breathwork and coaching while bringing a unique perspective that bridges the principles of flow in systems with the flow of life.
