The first in person trauma informed conscious connected breathwork community in Hungary with regular weekly sessions in Budapest. Holding both one on one, group sessions and provider trainings. Honoured to be serving since 2019 to help dear souls release stress and trauma held in their nervous system and to hold space for transforming from fear, shame, anger to the experience of safety, trust, connection, joy, expansion, and to help souls to realize their deepest desires in life.
