Breathe With Richelle

Richelle is a certified breathwork facilitator passionate about guiding others toward deeper self-awareness and healing through the power of the breath. Initially trained through Alchemy of Breath in 2021 and later completing Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System training in 2025, Richelle brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to every session.

Offering both in-person group experiences and virtual one-on-one sessions, Richelle creates grounded, compassionate spaces for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, release stored emotions, and cultivate presence. With a genuine love for holding space, they believe that conscious breathing is one of the most profound tools for transformation, empowerment, and inner peace.
