John is a performance and wellbeing coach, multi-accredited breathwork practitioner, and founder of BREATHWORK HQ. He supports individuals, teams, and organisations to reduce burnout, build resilience, and enhance leadership through the integration of breathwork, mind-body based (somatic) practices, and nervous system science.
With more than 20 years of experience, John guides people navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and performance challenges—recognising the breath as the bridge between body, mind, and lasting transformation. His approach blends functional breathing, grounded movement, and embodied awareness practices to restore balance, coherence, and adaptability under pressure
Drawing on the principles of science, nature, and embodied practice, John teaches practical ways to regulate the nervous system by resourcing through both internal awareness and external environments such as nature, sound, the ocean, and connection. His work invites a grounded return to calm and clarity—supporting individuals and groups to operate from a place of alignment, wellbeing, and leadership presence.
