John Ireland
Breathwork Facilitator – Educator – Sound & Movement Practitioner
John Ireland is the founder of BREATHWORK HQ, where he supports individuals and groups to reconnect with the power of their breath through functional breathing, somatic movement, sound, and meditation. With over a decade of experience, John guides people navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and performance challenges—recognising the breath as our most direct pathway to nervous system regulation and transformation.
Certified in Oxygen Advantage, Apnea Survival, Breathless Expeditions, Seven Directions Breathwork, and Cold Water Immersion, John integrates science, somatics, and embodied practices to restore balance and resilience. His work centers on nervous system regulation through diaphragmatic breathing, movement, and orientation practices, helping clients release tension, expand awareness, and return to a grounded, coherent state.
Through techniques that awaken the diaphragm, open the thoracic cavity, and harmonise breath with sound and stillness, John facilitates spaces where emotional regulation and embodied presence arise naturally. As the nervous system settles, energy and clarity return—allowing the body to operate from alignment and ease.
John offers one-on-one sessions, small group facilitation, and corporate workshops, as well as training and coaching for those seeking deeper understanding and integration of breath and nervous system health in work, life, and performance.
