I am a breathwork practitioner and trainer. I started my breathwork journey in Poland with the Breath Institute, where I studied Breathwork facilitation for three years, firstly with my own inner journey and transformational work. 

I proceed with my education with Alchemy of Breath, took the role of mentor, and eventually received certification as a breathwork practitioner. 

In my work with people, I love to combine breathwork with immersion into nature – no wonder, as I am a Shinrin-Yoku guide, teacher, and mentor by Forest Therapy Hub, an international organization that educates and certifies Forest Bathing Guides. 

My favorite modality-in-making is Forest Breathing, as I often bring my breathwork clients to breathe in Nature, which delivers additional benefits for health and transformation. 

No other love you so unconditionally as Nature.

I hold space for women’s circles, both online and offline. A trusted space where we can share our wounds, secrets, and desires without judgment and shame. 

This is a truly fulfilling commitment, to sit among women and witness their stories, struggles, and wins.

I am an educated coach and mentor, a graduate of postgraduate studies in Coaching and Mentoring at SWPS / Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw, Poland, and the Holistic School of Trainers.

Before joining the transformation tribe, I spent many years in international corporations managing intercultural teams. Breathwork saved my butt more than once, and working with the breath became my path of getting closer to myself, trusting myself, and exploring what’s more there to uncover. 

I work in person in Warsaw, Poland, yet the majority of my work happens online – to which I’m eternally grateful.
