Dr. Judith Kravitz is a globally recognized pioneer in breathwork and the visionary founder of Transformational Breath®. For over five decades, she has dedicated her life to sharing the profound healing power of the breath, helping countless individuals achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her journey began in the mid 1970s when a life transforming breathwork experience led to personal healing, inspiring her to develop an integrative method focused on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Dr. Kravitz holds a Doctorate in Metaphysics and is an ordained minister, reflecting her deep connection to spirituality and human potential. As the founder of the Metaphysical Manifestation Program, she guided individuals in realizing their dreams through love, intuition, and practical tools. She has also led A Course in Miracles groups, Women’s empowerment trainings and created breathing programs for children, demonstrating her commitment to supporting all ages in finding their voice and embracing authentic living. Dr. Kravitz has taught at renowned institutions, including the Deepak Chopra Center and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Omega Institute, further solidifying her role as a trusted leader in holistic healing.

In 1994, Dr. Kravitz established the Transformational Breath Foundation (TBF), an internationally recognized organization that sets high standards for breathwork education and ethical practice. Through her training programs across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, she has empowered practitioners in more than 50 countries to carry forward this life-changing work.

As an accomplished author, her book, Breathe Deep, Laugh Loudly, has been translated into multiple languages, extending her teachings to a global audience. Her work continues to evolve through interactive online courses, masterclasses, and in-person programs, ensuring accessibility for both new and experienced practitioners.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Kravitz is a devoted mother of eight and a proud grandmother of 13, embodying the nurturing spirit that defines her life’s work.
