Pippa is a medical doctor who specialises in anxiety management and has introduced conscious breathing to the performing arts and healthcare as a technique for personal development, mental health and resilience. Pippa is passionate about integrating conscious breathing into her medical practice and generating a strong scientific basis to support the use of breathwork in mainstream healthcare and education.

Pippa offers conscious breathing workshops and retreats in addition to one-to-one sessions in person and online.
