Triskele, Coaching & Healing by Breathing – Certified Transformational Breath® Practitioner & Trainer

After having accomplished several courses in personal development I started my personal journey with the breath in 2013. Feeling addicted to breathwork, I continued on this path and became a Transformational Breath® Facilitator in 2015, a Group leader in 2016 and a trainer in 2023. I facilitate individual sessions, both in person and online, and I lead Introductory Workshops, Introductory Weekends, Breathing Days and Breathing Retreats. Adding to the breathwork I followed other continuous studies and modalities as there are Psycho-energetic Coaching, Reiki, Sound Healing, Voice Dialogue, Focusing, EFT.
