Grace Chinn
Grace is a breathwork facilitator, Breathing Space teacher, well-being coach and freelance copywriter based In Switzerland. She juggles this with being mother to two energetic girls, aged 5 and 2, who she thinks of as her biggest teachers. She has the intensity of motherhood to thank for guiding her into the world of breathwork, which she uses daily to navigate the ups and downs of this beautifully messy chapter.
Grace works with clients 1:1 in her online breathwork practice, runs ad-hoc in-person events in Switzerland and collaborates with companies as part of their wellness programmes. Grace normally works in English, but occasionally works in French.
She is also one of the founders of Mother Breath, an online breathwork community for mothers. While she believes that breathwork is beneficial for everyone, she feel particularly called to share this powerful practice with other mothers.
In her sessions, Grace weaves in various meditation, visualisation and coaching techniques to complement the breathwork practices. While conscious connected breathwork is the main breathwork techniques she works with, she also draws on a variety of regulating breathwork techniques. The common thread running through all of her offerings is that they are tailored to the individual or group and led from the heart.
Her approach to breathwork is grounded, down-to-earth and accessible, with a strong focus on resourcing and regulating. It is from this place of stability that her clients can grow and evolve.
Aside from her facilitation work, Grace trains others to become breathwork facilitators through the Breathing Space Apprenticeship Pathway. In doing so, she hopes to impact even more people with the power of breathwork.
