Haris Savoglu

Breath is, for me, a source of discovery and connection. Through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing, I found a way to observe myself with calmness, to feel more present in each moment, and to release whatever is holding me back. Each session is a unique exploration of the body and emotions, and it fills me with joy to see how this same process can bring light to others.

I combine conscious breathing with myofascial release techniques, movement, and embodied communication, creating a space where everyone can feel supported and cared for. I believe that the body holds within it all the tools we need to find balance and build strength, and my work is to help people rediscover them in a natural and gentle way.

My passion is to accompany people on this journey—whether individually or in group settings—offering them the opportunity to explore their own potential and to find inner calm, strength, and vitality within themselves. Every moment is a new beginning, and it is a privilege for me to be able to share it.
