International Center for the Study and Practice of Conscious Breathing
Founded by Lyubov Bogdanova, a breathwork practitioner with practical experience since 1993.
Lyubov completed a 7-year training with Sergey Vsekhsvyatsky (one of the IBF co-founders and author of the Free Breathing method), followed by a 6-year training and 12-year collaboration with Dan Brulé (breathmastery.com). She personally trained with Leonard Orr and became his official representative in Russia and the CIS. Additionally, she is the founder and author of the website “Rebirthing.ru.” She also completed extensive trainings in schools of bioenergetics, psychosomatics, wellness methods, qigong, tantra, yoga, sacred practices, and author-developed breathwork methods. Lyubov holds formal diplomas in Psychology and as a Trainer-Teacher of Adaptive Physical Culture.
Since 2006, she has focused exclusively on breathwork and since 2012 has been developing a systemic approach to the global breathwork heritage. She created the “7 Notes of Breath” system, the main parameters composing all breathwork practices, as well as the “Rainbow Map,” a classification of world breathwork schools and techniques.
In 2015, Lyubov received GPBA certification and since then has been training professional breathwork practitioners and ethically compliant breathworkers through 1- and 2-year professional programs, organizing annual international scientific-practical conferences, and continuing client work and training sessions.
