Joe Winch Re:Connected Breathwork
Trauma-Informed Conscious Connected Breathwork — Online & In Person
Facilitated with gentleness, depth, and compassion by Joe Winch — a certified breathwork facilitator, former Royal Marines Commando Officer, Everest summiteer, and trauma survivor. Joe’s work is rooted in lived experience and guided by a profound respect for the human capacity to heal when met with safety, presence, and breath.
Through his practice, Joe invites participants to reconnect — to body, breath, and self — within a trauma-informed, non-clinical space that honours individual pace and autonomy. His facilitation blends grounded professionalism with warmth and humility, creating conditions where release, regulation, and reconnection can naturally unfold.
Drawing from years of leadership, mountaineering, and recovery work as CEO of a veteran charity, Joe’s approach integrates discipline and surrender, courage and tenderness. His sessions are less about fixing and more about remembering — offering a pathway back to wholeness through conscious, embodied awareness.
Above all, Joe brings a father’s heart, a survivor’s wisdom, and a facilitator’s care to his work, holding space for others to safely explore, soften, and breathe their way home.
