As a breathwork facilitator, I guide people through practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and greater resilience in everyday life. I use conscious connected circular breathing along with parasympathetic breathing techniques, blending different styles of breathwork to meet each person’s unique needs and life circumstances.
These sessions can help you navigate life’s stressors, regulate your nervous system, create more capacity in your body and mind, and begin shifting patterns that may no longer serve you. Breathwork can also support greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
I am a 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, and I trained with Ashley Ludman of The Body of Breath. My approach combines structured training with a personalized style that supports each person’s unique experience.
