I am a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner certified in the One Breath Method™, which uses a combination of Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) and somatic practices to support people in developing self-awareness through a practice that focuses on presence. This approach can help to regulate the nervous system in a way that feels safe and sustainable. I am very committed to deepening my knowledge in trauma physiology and the nervous system.
I don’t just guide people through breathwork, I help them navigate the discomfort that arises in self-inquiry. My work is especially supportive for those who struggle with feeling disconnected from their intuition and body. This work is a commitment to your authentic self, rather than a one-time quick fix. My role as facilitator isn’t to ‘heal’ you but to support your own process of reconnection, helping you develop the tools and self-awareness to trust yourself and feel safe in your body.
