Marina Pirulli

I’m Marina, born in Southern Italy and currently living in Rome (with 6 years of semi-nomadic life in between). Until a certain age, I lived a more or less ordinary life… in which, however, I always felt constrained. I felt there was more, much more to discover and experience, beyond the usual routine and insignificant pastimes, but I didn’t yet know what that was…

I found it out for the first time in 2007, when I had my first experience with Conscious Breathing. Everything changed from that moment! I instantly realized that in my life I had always played a role that didn’t really feel like me, just to meet other people’s expectations… and that was the beginning of my inner journey to discover who I truly am.

Since then, this journey has never stopped, gradually shifting from purely personal evolution into proper professional training: from Breathwork to Shiatsu, from Somatic Trauma Release to Conscious Movement, from Somatic Alignment to Subconscious Reprogramming…

Today, I use all of this to help people rediscover their own unshakable serenity and inner peace and finally enjoy life with light-heartedness, through the simplest and most natural tools that we all have inside of us: Breath, Movement, and Body Awareness.

The work I offer is a powerful, gentle blend of the most advanced modalities I have learned in 12 years of experience and international trainings, all based on a somatic approach that works simultaneously on the body, mind, emotions and soul.

I am the only facilitator in Italy certified in BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release), SOLignment® Breath Process and SOLignment® Embodiment Process. I am also a certified Zen Shiatsu practitioner, Somatic Coach, and a Rebirther specialized in Natural Breath and Breath of Memory®.

I collaborate with the SOLignment Institute in Colorado as a mentor and Associate Teacher, guiding people from all over the world towards their highest fulfilment and alignment with their true Self.
