My practice is based in Rorschacherberg, Switzerland. The primary work focus is on one-to-one work.
I’ve been a certified breathwork therapist since 1995 and am recognised by the EMR (Erfahrungs-Medizinisches-Register Switzerland). My breathwork sessions are reimbursed by Swiss supplementary health insurances.

For 30 years, I have been accompanying people on their path to themselves and in their personal development. The healing and liberation I have experienced, I am happy to pass on to anyone who wants to address their inner issues and move forward in their inner development towards inner peace, love and happiness.
I work with respect and compassion in an atmosphere of appreciation. A special concern of mine is the promotion of the self-healing powers that we all carry within us.

In my work, I use various breathwork methods, combined with EMDR, Voice Dialogue, Trance, and Energywork, depending on the client’s needs.

My breathwork training began in 1991 at the GIA Institute with Tilke Platteel-Deur and Hans Mensink. I earned my diploma as a breathwork therapist in 1995 and a trainer certificate in 1999.
