Through the reflection that with one inhale I came into this life and with one exhale I will leave it, I discovered the power of the breath.
My journey into Breathwork has become a personal tool for self-awareness and healing. It helps me connect with my body and my emotions, feel safe, release old patterns, and bring more ease into my life. I am deeply moved by how much I continue to discover in every session, and this is what inspires me to share this practice with others.
Alongside Breathwork, I integrate reflexology, visceral massage, and yin yoga—practices that taught me the wisdom of the body and its innate capacity to heal itself. I firmly believe that the body knows what it needs, as long as we give it the space to express itself and restore its balance.
I apply all these practices in both individual and group sessions, offering a safe and supportive space for connection, growth, and self-awareness. My intention is for each person to reconnect with the natural wisdom of their body and to trust their own capacity for change—a capacity that often goes beyond what we can imagine.
