Seven Directions Breathwork
Seven Directions® Breathwork Training. Internationally triple endorsed and certified training.
We hold a business vision that works within the guiding principle of living in right relation with ourselves, each other and the Earth. Through the training program, we take our students on a journey around what it means to support others in the safe exploration of body, mind and spirit via the breath. At the heart of our school, our intention is to cultivate facilitators who do more than guide breathwork sessions; they steward lasting, embodied change for individuals, communities, and the planet. Our breathwork training offers a journey into profound self awareness, presence and awakening – the only question is “are you ready”?
We teach a client centred version of conscious connected breathwork which is an amalgamation of connected breathwork, functional nose breathing for those for whom CCB is not appropriate, and the use of somatic inquiry & intervention, combined with authentic relating. This provides a rich, client led, individually responsive, and uniquely tailored experience which can be adapted to meet the needs of every person who comes into your practice.
We ask for high levels of integrity and professional ethics from our team and our students in support of the provision of exemplary, grounded practice. Our program is trauma and consent informed, recognising that our lived experiences impact people across cultures and lands very differently. We invite your personal transformation in this program which we believe is essential for you to be able to recognise and welcome that in your clients.
We are not here to simply turn out more breathworkers – we are here to:
. Restore the sacred in healing practices.
. Challenge cultural and systemic harm through personal and global nervous system education, and breathwork accessibility.
. Cultivate facilitators who act from deep presence, clarity, humility, and care.
. Acknowledge and aspire to decolonise wellness practices.
. Hold strong integrity and ethics in the world of breathwork certification and practice.
