Shannon Schueler

Shannon (she/her) facilitates breathwork in the twin cities metropolitan area of Minnesota, greater Minnesota, and Northern Wisconsin. Shannon is an experienced guest facilitator for wellness retreats, health care professional continuing education, and coaching circles. Shannon’s approach combines her knowledge of human physiology with the subtle anatomy of energy fields, customizing practices that are intuitive and impactful. Shannon is experienced in facilitating breathwork, coaching, and energy practices in person and remotely, via zoom. Shannon’s in person session can take place indoors or outdoors, including specialized breathwork sessions that invite the sounds and sensations of nature and bodies of water when facilitating breathwork sessions on paddle boards. Shannon offers one to one privates sessions and group sessions.
