Tiia Lõoke

Tiia Lõoke has been actively involved in counseling and psychology – related training for over 30 years. She holds a Master’s degree in psychology, is a certified Gestalt psychotherapist and breathwork therapist, as well as a ThetaHealing® and TRE® instructor. She has supported people through breathwork therapy for more than 20 years.

Tiia created the two-year training program in breathwork therapy and counseling—The Academy of Conscious Creation and Breathwork (Teadliku Loomise ja Hingamise Akadeemia – TLHA) in 2013 and, together with her husband, established the Algallika Center on the seashore in Matsalu National Park in Western Estonia, where TLHA trainings take place.”

Tiia has a gift for recognizing both her own and others’ potential and applies many exciting and effective methods to support people on their personal growth journey.

The Academy of Conscious Creation and Breathwork was established to enhance quality of life, promote excellent health, nurture fulfilling relationships, increase vitality and self-trust, support the discovery of one’s true self, and enable the masterful realization of one’s dreams.

At TLHA, you can participate in one or one-, two-, or three-year programs focused on breathwork and personal development. Upon completing the two-year training, you will receive a diploma as a breathwork therapist and counselor. The curriculum meets the standards set by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA Professional Training Standards for Breathworkers).
During the first year of study, the focus is on personal development—learning the principles and tools to find greater satisfaction, clarity, and joy, becoming aware of your creative nature, and discovering the purpose of your life.
The focus of the second academic year at the Academy of Conscious Creation and Breathing (TLHA) is training as a breath therapist and counselor, along with developing the necessary skills and integrating and applying one’s own breathing experiences.
The third year is a supervision year.
