Yosi Echeverry Burckhardt - Sacred Resilience, embodied
Yosi is the founder of Sacred Resilience, embodied — a coaching and breathwork practice supporting women and mothers in the humanitarian and social impact sectors through burnout, transition, and the journey back to themselves.
Drawing on 18 years as a Senior Leader with the United Nations and NGOs across multiple duty stations and contexts, Yosi’s work is grounded in a simple conviction: that sustainable service begins from within — and that the women who hold the world’s hardest work deserve to be held too.
Her approach weaves crisis-forged resilience with sacred practice — blending Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic coaching, and life transitions support to help women return to their bodies, their breath, and the embodied wisdom that has always been their greatest asset. She works in particular with humanitarian women and mothers navigating the hypervigilant nervous system, the identity questions, and the overwhelming weight of holding everything at once.
Yosi is a certified Seven Directions Breathwork practitioner and has recently joined the Seven Directions Breathwork school as a support mentor for new trainees. She is also a certified Qigong teacher with the Forest Rock temple lineage and a certified Life Coach with Mindvalley Evercoach. A SOAS graduate and passionate human rights advocate, Yosi recently transitioned out of the aid sector and relocated from Kenya to Portugal, where she is raising her daughter, Anaïs Aurora (2) as a solo mom.
