Zhanna Burym – Trainer of Conscious Breathing and Breath therapy with more than 13 years of personal experience. Psychologist-psychotherapist, Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer, a Stress and Burnout prevention Trainer, and a Breathwork and Pranayama Trainer.

I lead individuals, couples, and groups through transformational breathwork experiences to help them discover deep self-awareness, emotional resilience, and physiological well-being, to help with functional health (physiology), women’s health, nervous system regulation, and mental health, live and online in Russian and Ukrainian.

I strive to create a safe and supportive space where, with the help of conscious breathing practices, everyone can explore their emotions and feelings, reduce stress and accumulated tension, improve overall health, achieve deeper inner harmony, and discover new horizons for themselves.
