AT A GLANCE…
Enjoy complete privacy and secuity at Casa Verano Eterno which is just steps from the beautiful sand and surf of Playa Guiones. While your friends are locked down at home trying to find something good to watch on Netflix you and your family or friends can be enjoying life poolside with a margarita in hand while counting the iguanas and hummingbirds that come visit the property! For those of you that need to work remotely in between surf sessions, we have the fastest wifi available in Costa Rica supported property wide by a Google mesh wifi system.
Casa Verano Eterno is located in the desirable Guiones Beach Club (GBC) which is the only gated community in the Playa Guiones / Nosara area adjacent to the beach. GBC is only accessible to the homeowners and renters of the homes in GBC so it is extremely quiet and private. There is a private pathway to the beach which is approximately a 5 minute walk from Casa Verano Eterno. There are two main buildings on the property: the main house and the rancho. The pool, which is situated between the 2 buildings, ranges in depth from 3.5 feet to 7 feet deep and also has seating built into the walls so you can cool down without being immersed. There is also an endless pool feature which allows you to swim in place, so bring your swim goggles!
THE MAIN HOME
The main home has 5 nicely appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has beds with luxury mattresses, remote operated A/Cs, ceiling fans, as well as a digital safes (most homes only have 1 safe for the entire home!). Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. The master bedroom, which is located upstairs has a king size bed and a huge outdoor terrace; the guest suite which is the other bedroom upstairs has 2 queen size beds; 2 of the 3 downstairs bedrooms have 2 queen size beds while the 3rd downstairs bedroom has 4 twin beds set up in bunk style (2×2).
The downstairs bedroom furthest from the kitchen area has a private bathroom with an amazing indoor/outdoor shower area so you can privately bathe while looking at the stars if you so choose. The shared bathroom is between the middle downstairs bedroom and the bunk room. The main house also has 2 common areas for people to hang out: the kitchen and living room area, which has sliding doors that open up to the pool, as well as the “secret upstairs room” which is perfect to get away for some alone time whether it be for a siesta, to read a book, or for an early morning meditation session. This room is open on both sides so it gets a great cross breeze from the ocean. This is actually my 2nd favorite spot in the Verano Eterno compound, because it is largely ignored except for those in the know.
The secondary building, affectionately known as “the Rancho” is outdoor living at its finest. The Rancho is where everyone eventually ends up and serves as the communal centerpiece of the property. The downstairs of the Rancho has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, a bar area that can comfortably seat 6+ people, outdoor dining for up to 18, and a living area that can comfortably seat about 10 people. The master bedroom of the Rancho has 1 king size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. All 3 beds have quality, luxury mattresses and both bedrooms are quaint, yet well appointed.
The upstairs of the Rancho is where its at! This is my favorite place to hang out. This area was designed to fit up to 15-20 people practicing yoga. Its a wide open space that catches the gentle ocean breezes, but also has magnificent views of the mountains. If you wake up early enough, grab a cup of fresh ground Costa Rican coffee, go to the upstairs of the Rancho and watch the sunrise over the mountains. It is an absolutely breathtaking view! The upstairs of the Rancho is also equipped with 4 hammocks, TRX, and various other fitness equipment.
