Join Kelly Berkley of BreathTide at Haven101 for a monthly transformative 2-hour Breathwork Journey & Sound Bath designed for deep release and renewal. We’ll begin with conscious connected circular breathing, a powerful somatic practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded awareness while helping to clear tension and stagnant energy in the body. You’ll then be immersed in a meditative sound bath with binaural crystal singing bowls tuned to theta frequencies and the grounding rhythm of the buffalo drum. $60
