Join me virtually from the comfort of your home as we gather under the Moon for an evening of breathwork, REnewal, and REconnection.
You will be gently guided into a meditative state inspired by the themes of the current lunar cycle, creating space to RElease what is no longer serving you and make room for what’s to come. From there, we will move into a two-stage pranayama (breathwork) practice designed to deepen awareness, REstore balance, and support emotional RElease.
