2027 Private Breathwork Facilitator Apprenticeship
A Year of Mentorship, Practice & Embodied Leadership

What becomes possible when your development as a facilitator is supported through an ongoing relationship of mentorship, practice, and personal inquiry?

The Body of Breath invites applications for an intimate, 12-month apprenticeship with Ashley Ludman, designed for emerging and established breathwork facilitators seeking to deepen their personal practice, refine their professional skills, and develop an authentic voice as a practitioner and leader.

Limited to just three apprentices, this highly individualized experience offers a rare opportunity to work closely with Ashley while becoming part of the growing Body of Breath Studio Online teaching community.

Each apprenticeship is thoughtfully curated around the individual’s experience, aspirations, and developmental needs.

The apprenticeship includes:

• Twelve months of personalized mentorship, including one private session each month
• Full participation in Phases 2 and 3 of the Body of Breath Leader Circle Facilitator Training, beginning January 9, 2027 (6 month online with study in somatics, trauma-informed leadership, ethics, business and asset development and class and program design.)
• Ongoing guidance in professional development, ethical practice, and embodied leadership
• Opportunities to develop and facilitate classes alongside senior teachers within The Body of Breath Studio Online, with mentorship before and after teaching
• A choice of an individualized training week at Ashley’s home studio in Nosara, Costa Rica, or participation in the July 2027 cohort of Alchemy Breathwork Facilitator Training
• Support in developing your unique approach to facilitation, teaching, and community leadership

  This apprenticeship welcomes both those beginning their facilitator journey and experienced practitioners seeking greater refinement, mentorship, and professional integration.

Rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system literacy, conscious breathwork, and relational integrity, the apprenticeship recognizes that becoming a skilled facilitator is not simply about acquiring techniques. It is an ongoing process of personal embodiment, ethical responsibility, and learning to hold space for others.
