Working with People with Cancer – Advanced Masterclass for Breathworkers with Nadja Benschop

A live, hands-on training for breath facilitators 
with Nadja Benschop

For years Nadja has been teaching her online Masterclass Cancer & Breath, and again and again breath facilitators have asked her the same question:“Nadja, can you please teach us how to do this hands-on?”

This new Advanced Masterclass is her answer to that request.
Working with people who are living with cancer — during treatment or in recovery — requires clarity, grounded knowledge, and a deeply respectful approach. Breathwork can be incredibly supportive, but only when we understand the physiology, the risks, the emotional landscape, and the specific needs of this group.

That is why she created this two-part training:

1. Theoretical foundation (online)
You will receive a 3-hour video series that covers everything you need to know before working with cancer patients.
It includes:
•               clear explanations of what cancer is and how it affects the body
•               what breathwork can and cannot do
•               essential do’s & don’ts for facilitators
•               a practical intake guide
•               references, numbers, research articles, and a detailed hand-out you can return to anytime

This theoretical knowledge is required for the live weekend.
If you have already completed her online Masterclass, you can join the weekend at a reduced rate.

2. Live practice weekend (2 full days)

This is where we bring the work to life.
During these two days, we will breathe, practice, explore, and refine.
You will learn and experience:
•               specific breathing practices that are safe and effective for people with cancer
•               exercises that support clients during treatment or in recovery
•               how to hold a grounded, factually correct intake
•               how to navigate safety, boundaries, and emotional sensitivity
•               how to build confidence in your own role as a facilitator

There will be no repetition of theory — this weekend is fully dedicated to practice, embodiment, and integration.
