Shamanic Breathwork Training – Level 1

Shamanic Breathwork Training – Level 1

16 16 people viewed this event.

In March 2026, we’ll gather on the West Coast of New Zealand’s South Island for a 14-day immersive journey of healing and transformation through the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (S.H.I.P.). To walk the path of guiding others, you must first walk it yourself—this training is both a personal rite of passage and the first of two initiatory steps toward becoming a certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator.

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful healing process that inspires individuals to reconnect with their own inner healer. It’s a journey taken by connecting the breath, chakra-attuned music, focused bodywork, art, and group sharing to leave you empowered with the magic of who you truly are. Through Shamanic Breathwork, old wounds and dysfunctional patterns are released and transformed, bringing wholeness and healing back into your life, your loved ones, and the world around you.

👣 If you have been walking your own path of transformation or are ready to take your first steps…
🫶 If you are longing for a deeper connection with yourself…
🌀 If your soul is calling out for change, for a remembering…
🌬️ If you are ready to step into your power as a breathwork facilitator…

In this Breathwork Training, you’ll be guided by not one, but three Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioners: myself (Jane Anthony), Levi Banner, and Kathy Guidi.

Finding you ‘Yes’ and honouring your ‘No’

Finding you ‘Yes’ and honouring your ‘No’

33 33 people viewed this event.

Join me on June 20th to find your ‘yes’, and honour your ‘no’.
What would life look like if you could fully own your yes, and fully hold your boundaries and where you need to say no?
Do you know what you want to say ‘Yes’ to in life?
Does it whisper to you, or does it shout loud and proud? The glimmers we feel in our embodied selves give us the clues to our desires, our deepest longings, our knowing. And yet so many of us do not have access to this wisdom. We are actively encouraged by society to numb ourselves, to hide away what we want. To act cool and disconnected. To forgo our needs, to be ‘selfless’. To turn down the volume of our own interests. It starts so young, we may even forget this is how we were shaped by society and culture.
And what about when your need to say no?
How does your body, your psyche, your soul tell you that you have reached your limits, that something is not right for you, that you need to speak your truth?
Is it through images and day dreams? Sensations in the body? Symptoms of pain and anxiety? Glimmers of joy, lightness and relief when something stops that we didn’t want?
I want to know, what gets in the way of you truly stepping into your inner knowing? Are there familiar patterns that tell you, ‘you can’t have what you want’, ‘you don’t have enough resources’, ‘enough time, enough money’? My invitation to you is to be curious for your Self.
Do you live in a world of scarcity as a fundamental core belief? What stops you from having more joy, from chasing what feels good? Is it shame? Perhaps your nervous system responses keep you stuck in fear, frozen, unable to reach out and grab what you want from life?
When will you inhabit your life? Tomorrow? Next week? Next year? What are you waiting for?
So many of us are waiting. Waiting till the next thing, till we truly learn to listen to the inner parts of us, the quieter parts that we have told to quieten down.
Like Rapunzel, held high in the tower, locked away from the world, stolen by Mother Gothel, we keep ourselves hidden from our own lives.
There is a time when we begin to look out the window and see a different life for ourselves. A longing to let down our hair, not for our captor to climb and steal our gifts, but our inner prince, to guide us out into the world.
We use learned strategies to keep ourselves locked away. Strategies that keep us in shame. Internal thoughts that say horrible things to us about who we are. Strategies that keep us away from meaningful relationships, from saying no to societal expectations, from showing our vulnerabilities. From playing in the world.
Name them. You don’t have to do anything about them, but acknowledge them for what they are, acknowledge the cost for not owning your yes and your no. Look out the window of the tower.
And then, if you choose to act from that place, get it wrong. Be messy. Say it badly. If it’s worth saying, it’s worth saying and doing messily.
This is the work. It may change. Today’s no might be tomorrow’s yes but it belongs to today. This is attunement. Don’t pin yourself down to absolutes.
Regulation and attunement are not about reaching a state of permament inner peace, perfect calm, or definite certainty. It’s about being able to listen in the moment and respond to self. To flex and flow and respond to life’s changes and movements.
To be still when the situation requires and to take action when needed. To breathe through the discomfort. To use breath to take action. To use breath to fully take in life.
In breathwork and psychotherapy, we play with the energy of yes and no. When we can fully inhabit ourselves and listen with an inner ear, to develop the skill of attunement to self. From that place, we can reach for what we want and need in life and can say no to what no longer serves us.
You are invited to join me to explore this theme in the next monthly conscious connected breathwork.
This is a somatic (body) based workshop; we will explore the themes discussed above and how they live in a felt sense in our bodies and images in our minds. We are prioritising the body, through somatic awareness, conscious connected breathwork, somatic movement and integration.
When we prioritise the body, to speaks its wisdom, we come to know ourselves in deeper, more meaningful ways, we can learn to ride the waves of our sufferings and we can build the bridge between our conscious and unconscious awareness.
The breathe takes place in a beautiful cabin nestled in Queenswood, Highgate, an ancient woodland, dating back to at least the 1600’s. Allowing us to feel held by nature, and our ancestors.
As ever, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Spaces are limited to small groups, so please do reserve your space if this calls to you at this time.
I wish to make CCB accessible, and have included low cost tickets to each group breathe, the code is ‘supported’ which can be used at check out.  Please pass this onto anyone you feel may benefit from the powerful practice that is CCB.
Concious Connected Breathwork is a somatic breath practice that can support trauma work, release stress, expand consciousness as well as many other reported benefits. You can read more about this on my website and socials. I will be running the breathe on a monthly basis to allow room for a regular practice to be cultivated. Breathe, like any practice, deepens, expands, and shifts over time and the more we practice the greater the gifts it can provide.

Like Shaman’s use of plant medicine, we use the breath as a sacred medicine to support your journey and expression of healing and transformation.

Everyone is welcome in this sacred circle.

This is the container where we hold space for our highest selves breathing into the sacredness of our breath. I hold this space in the essences and spirit of Shamanism. I call in the 4 directions and the 4 elements. We weave light together through our inhale and exhale.

     You are welcome here!

     x Rebecca

PS If you want to breath with us and time zones do not work for you – pls remember that you can sign up for my Breathwork Club  and have full access to all recordings, playlists, and additional resources.
