The Body of Breath: 14-Week Online Facilitator Training

Join Ashley Ludman, founder of The Body of Breath, for a 14-week immersive facilitator training designed to meet the 50-hour standards of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
This training weaves live virtual mentorship, trauma-informed methodology, somatic education, and breath-based facilitation skills into a cohesive container that supports both personal transformation and professional development.
Participants will engage in:
– 30+ hours of live interactive sessions
– 10 hours of pre-recorded trauma-informed content
– Peer-to-peer practice sessions with feedback
– A guided practicum series with reflection
– A recorded session observation
– Optional 1:1 mentoring and embodied leadership tools
Rooted in nervous-system-aware facilitation and intuitive presence, this training supports each student in developing their unique voice as a breathwork guide. Ashley draws on nearly 30 years of experience in the healing arts to hold a dynamic space for growth, integration, and leadership.

Meet the Facilitators
Ann Harrison – Board Member
Ann is a leader in educational innovation, blending Eastern philosophies with Western practices. Over the past 25 years, she has helped expand the knowledge of Breathwork globally. She co-founded Breathwork Trainings International, where she serves as Director and CEO. Ann has studied Tai Chi, meditation, and other spiritual disciplines around the world, and is a strong advocate for Breathwork training standards.
Jim Morningstar, Ph.D. – Co-President
Jim has been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1973 and has directed a community mental health center. He founded Transformations Incorporated in 1980 and directs the School of Integrative Psychology, Creative Consulting and Counseling Services, and the Transformations Breathwork Training Program. He is a past vice-president of the International Breathwork Foundation and former U.S. National Coordinator. He is the author of three books on Breathwork, including Breakthrough with Breathwork: Jump-starting Personal Growth in Counseling and the Healing Arts.
