Like Shaman’s use of plant medicine, we use the breath as a sacred medicine to support your journey and expression of healing and transformation.
Everyone is welcome in this sacred circle.
This is the container where we hold space for our highest selves breathing into the sacredness of our breath. I hold this space in the essences and spirit of Shamanism. I call in the 4 directions and the 4 elements. We weave light together through our inhale and exhale.
