Alena Alidzhik is a yoga and breathing practices master with over 10 years of experience. Her journey into conscious practices began after she faced serious health issues, which led her to consider disability due to spinal hernias accompanied by constant pain. Stress, fears, and dependencies prompted her to seek healing methods.
During her studies at leading yoga centers in India, such as the Sivananda and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ashrams, Alena sought methods for restoring her health and regaining energy. She explored traditional yoga practices and spiritual methods, but it was breathing that became a true revelation for her. Unlike complex yoga asanas, breathing techniques were easy to practice and yielded almost instant results.
Alena noticed that breathing practices had an immediate impact on her state: they relaxed the body, restored energy, and reduced tension. Moreover, breathing required no physical preparation, making it accessible even for people with limitations.
However, Alena soon realized that in ancient yoga, breathing was considered a secondary tool on the path to enlightenment. Ancient practices were often complex and not sufficiently understandable for modern individuals. This motivated her to explore the effects of various breathing techniques on herself and experiment with their combination with movement.
Thus, the method of "Conscious Dynamic Breathing" was born, which combines breathing techniques from various schools of yoga (Hatha Yoga, Kriya, Ashtanga) with Taoist practices and elements of psychosomatics. Alena developed exercise complexes to address various tasks: from increasing energy to relieving stress and improving sleep quality.
In Bali, Alena began collaborating with surfing schools, where she taught beginner surfers breathing techniques to prepare for physical exertion. This confirmed the effectiveness of her method for people with different goals.
In 2018, Alena founded the "True Love" yoga center in Bali, which quickly became one of the largest Russian yoga centers on the island. Here, her method gained popularity among locals, tourists, and bloggers. This period was crucial in the development of the method that soon formed the basis of an online school.
The AIRA Academy was created to share knowledge about breathing practices and train future teachers. Today, over 20,000 students worldwide successfully practice the method of conscious breathing, and more than 500 teachers are certified in Alena's system, continuing to share this knowledge within their communities.
Alena's method makes practices accessible for people of all physical fitness levels. She removed all painful elements from the process and emphasized self-care and the natural movement of energy through breath. Thanks to this approach, many students have been able to restore their health and become more active and productive in their daily lives.
