I’ve always been deeply curious about the unique stories we all hold within us, how they have shaped us and how much unseen power they have over us until we are ready to meet them with compassion. My work is about creating space for that exploration, supporting people to reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and deep self reflection.
Born and raised in the West of Ireland, I spent years wandering before settling back into the Co. Galway countryside. I’m a NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator and coach with the NeuroDynamic Institute (US). I am a Yoga teacher, Massage therapist and Relationship Mentor registered with the Irish Association for Relationship Mentors. My approach is informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic work, bringing together science with intuitive, embodied practice. Above all, my greatest teacher is my 7-year-old daughter, who continuously reminds me of the profound power of presence and connection.
My passion is helping people feel safe enough to meet themselves, just beneath the surface.
