Bio

Katalin Zita Csillag is one of the most experienced trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork providers based in Hungary, and the first Hungarian practitioner approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance as a Professional Breathwork Practitioner.

❤️‍🔥 She is dedicated to safe, ethical, and evidence-based breathwork and somatic practices that support people in releasing stress, anxiety, and trauma, and in living a happier, more fulfilling life—one in which they feel safe in their body and able to fulfil their most intimate aspirations.

🎓She is a highly trained practitioner in breathwork, voicework, movement-based modalities, and touch-based nervous system regulation.

She completed her professional training at the International Body Institute, including:
・Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (2 years) – Certified Practitioner
・Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE®) (1 year) – Certified Practitioner
・VITA™ Love and Relationship Coaching (2 years) – Certified Practitioner
・Manthu Aquatic Bodywork (4 years) – Certified Practitioner (stress release in thermal water)
・ Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) – advanced massage therapy training
・Lomi-Lomi Massage Ritual – Certified Practitioner
・Vipassana meditation
・Voice and movement Work

Her approach integrates scientifically grounded methods with traditional practices that have been used for thousands of years.

She has been working as a full-time breathwork practitioner since 2020.

🫂During this time, she established the largest live, event-based breathwork community in Hungary, offering weekly small-group and one-to-one sessions in Budapest, as well as monthly large-group events with up to 70 participants every month.
In her first five years of practice, she held space for more than 1,700 participants in person, supporting them through periods of intense stress and major life transitions. This body of live breathwork experiences led her to develop, and perfect her own method based both on her studies, and personal experience.

Founder of ATAO Breathwork®,
a method that integrates trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork with somatic coaching. This approach emerged from her professional experience, recognising that breathwork without coaching and integration skills can feel less safe and more difficult to integrate in daily life.

Leads ATAO Breathwork® Practitioner Trainings,
a two-year trauma-informed breathwork training programme offered as a combinationof online and in person classes. The training also includes coaching, communication, and business skills, supporting the development of the next generation of professional breathworkers. This training meets the highest standards of Global Professional Breathwork Alliance to be a member.

❤️‍🔥 She is deeply committed in the support of the human well-being, and wish that all beings may be free from suffering, and free to fulfil their most intimate aspirations in existence.
