Bio

Hey there, I’m Kate.

I’m 48 years old, happily married to Samantha, and a proud mum to our two beautiful daughters. We live on an old farm in Surrey, in the south of England — a place that perfectly reflects my love for nature, simplicity, and connection.

Before stepping into breathwork, I spent 13 years working on the frontline as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with the South East Coast Ambulance Service. It was more than a career — it was a true calling. I genuinely loved my work, and every day felt like a privilege to support people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

When an injury ultimately ended my career, it was an incredibly difficult and disorienting time. Following surgery to my spine, my recovery was further complicated by a diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, alongside significant PTSD resulting from long-term exposure to trauma.

Over the next decade, I embarked on a deeply personal journey back to balance and wellbeing.

Through awareness, self-compassion, breathwork, cold water therapy, and gentle movement, I gradually reconnected with my body and rebuilt a sense of equilibrium.

Throughout that journey, one truth became unmistakably clear: everything I had learned, I wanted to share.

I went on to train with Christopher Gladwell, completing Embody Breathwork (500 hours), which profoundly shaped my approach and practice.

Today, my work centres on helping others cultivate embodied awareness, regain autonomy, and develop the ability to respond to life with clarity rather than react from overwhelm.

Breathwork offers a powerful pathway to presence — freeing us from being anchored in the past or fearful of the future, and allowing us to fully inhabit the here and now.

My intention is to support my clients in rediscovering balance, resilience, and a renewed appreciation for life.

If any part of my story resonates with you, I would love to connect.

Warmly,
Kate
